What is the difference between cleaning and sand & seal?
Cleaning removes surface buildup. Sand and seal adds joint-sand replenishment and a sealer finish after preparation. We review your pavers before quoting the added work; not every surface needs the same treatment.
How is a visit arranged after I get an estimate?
The estimate is nonbinding and based on supplied rates. The owner reviews your photos and requested scope, then confirms the final price and arranges an available visit time by phone. An appointment is booked only once it is arranged by phone.
What photos should I send for a quote?
Send a clear, wide photo of each area you want cleaned. Add closer photos of heavy buildup, stains or damaged areas. For house washing, include the walls, windows and doors you want covered.
What can I include in the full-driveway package?
The full-driveway option includes the driveway, sidewalk and gutter areas. You can choose individual services instead. House washing covers the exterior walls, windows and doors you include in your request.
Can you quote sand and seal with driveway cleaning?
Yes. When you select a driveway service, the quote flow asks whether you also want a sand-and-seal price. It is an optional extra, not something we add to the job without your choice.
